Service Agreement
Please read this Service Agreement carefully. By proceeding with your order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Property Access Authorization
You authorize our team to access your property on the scheduled installation date for the purpose of completing your custom deck build. We respect your privacy and will take all reasonable steps to minimize disruption.
2. Site Preparation Requirements
To ensure a smooth installation:
All building materials, tools, and any unrelated objects must be cleared from the installation area.
There should be no obstructions such as patio furniture, playsets, or debris.
Our crew must be able to access and move around the area freely and safely.
Failure to prepare the site may result in rescheduling and/or an additional fee.
3. Pet Safety Acknowledgment
For the safety of our crew and your pets:
You confirm that all pets will be secured indoors or otherwise kept away from the work area for the entire duration of the project.
4. Location & Size Confirmation
You confirm the following:
The deck dimensions you selected fit within your property boundaries.
The design does not extend past your house or beyond property limits.
A proper ledger board (if applicable) has been or will be installed to support your deck structure.
It is your responsibility to verify compliance with property lines and local building codes.
5. Underground Obstruction Declaration
You acknowledge that:
You are not aware of any underground hazards, such as irrigation systems, utility lines, or other buried infrastructure that may interfere with the installation.
We are not responsible for damages caused to unidentified underground systems.
6. Installation Readiness
If the site is not prepared and accessible on the scheduled install date, a delay fee of $500 will be applied to cover labor and logistical costs.
7. Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your installation.
If you cancel the installation within 5 days of the scheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited to cover planning and preparation costs.
Acknowledgment
By checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
